It's about damn time...

I’ve decided that it’s time to do something about this extra weight. I have been yoyo-ing for a while now but enough is enough. I’m not exactly sure how I will do it just yet, but I do plan on starting next Monday, January 2, 2012. I know, most people make this their New Year’s resolution, and quite honestly, the date I chose has nothing to do with that. The reason I decided to choose that date is because the holidays will be over then. They’ll be less food in my face (which will eventually end up down my throat).

So the way I’m gonna (try) and structure this is by having a post every Monday which will include my weight that week and one weekly objective. The objective can be anything from no eating after supper to exercising more. Secondly, posts will happen as often as I can and as often that I feel that I need to share my thoughts, emotions, successes and failures.

If I ever do get any followers, I would love you to all contribute. Share your stories, comments, suggestions, questions and anything else that may come up! I want this to be a cross between a diary (I won’t call it that since i’m a guy) and a forum.
